Before your sale date, we will discuss with you the options available and you can decide what you would like to do with any unsold items. We will not take your remaining unsold items with us at the end of the sale. We do not have a resale shop as we are only there to liquidate your belongings. Whatever you decide, we will be there to assist you. Our job is not finished just because the “sale” is over. If you prefer to have it cleaned out after, we can assist with that too.

The average estate sale is a 3 day event (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Prior to the sale we need on average 2 weeks to prepare the house, price all the items, market the sale etc. We can make it work in a shorter timeframe but 2 weeks is average.
